Event Overview
To celebrate its 25th company anniversary, the Swiss company Zibris AG invited selected employees to Ibiza for an exclusive multi-day incentive event. The event was designed and delivered by IBIZA EVENT COMPANY, who created a curated program of experiences across the island.
A boutique hotel, rented exclusively for the group, served as a private sanctuary and the starting point for several memorable activities and events.
The experience began with a magical sunset welcome at the iconic Café del Mar, where cocktails and panoramic sea views created the perfect atmosphere for the days ahead.
The following day, participants explored Ibiza’s dramatic landscapes during an adventurous Jeep safari, including a scenic cliffside picnic overlooking the Mediterranean.
Evenings were designed as spectacular experiences. Highlights included a glamorous cabaret show at Lio Ibiza, an energetic night at Amnesia Ibiza with a private VIP lounge, and a luxury catamaran voyage to Formentera featuring a live DJ, sundowner cocktails and an exclusive lunch at the legendary Juan y Andrea.
IBIZA EVENT COMPANY delivered the project as a full-service incentive event production, including travel planning, accommodation, transfers, guest management, daily activities, entertainment and on-site coordination.
Every detail reflected the identity of Zibris AG: personalized décor, subtle branding elements and carefully curated experiences were seamlessly integrated throughout the program. Professional photography and drone documentation captured the most memorable moments of the anniversary celebration.
The result was an unforgettable incentive event in Ibiza, celebrating 25 years of Zibris AG while strengthening team spirit and creating lasting memories for all participants.
